Lakers' Bryant talks leadership

Los Angeles Lakers G Kobe Bryant was the talk of the week after footage surfaced of him calling teammates soft during a recent practice.  At times painted as a bad teammate, Bryant's comments are apart of his leadership style, often comfromtational and in your face, it comes from a place of passion and as he recently indicated, his leadership style has been successful for him in the past. 

"Look, we can all criticize my style of leadership all day long," Bryant said. "You can sit there and (say) it's uncomfortable, it's whatever, but I've been doing that since high school. We play this game to win championships and I have five of them....It's worked pretty well throughout my career."
