Gallinari out indefinitely

Denver Nuggets F Danilo Gallinari will be out indefinitly due to a tear of the meniscus tendon in his right knee.  Gallinari is expected to undergo surgery in the next 2-3 days.  Thus far this season the veteran is averaging 7.8 points and 3 rebounds per game.
