Cavs target Bigs, dangles Waiters

Reports indicate that the Cleveland Cavaliers have contacted the Memphis Grizzlies about the availability of C Kosta Koufos.  The Cavaliers have let many teams know that they are looking to deal and that G Dion Waiters would be available.
