Thunder waive Telfair

It had been reported that Oklahoma City Thunder G Russell Westbrook's return is near but the franchise's latest move is almost confirmation.  With a now heathy Anthony Morrow and Westbrook's return imminent, the Thunder have waived veteran G Sebastian Telfair.  In 16 games for the Thunder Telfair averaged 8.4 points and 2.8 assists in 20.5 minutes per contest.
