Spurs' Leonard to become a restricted free agent?

The San Antonio Spurs have until October 31st to decide whether or not to sign F Kawhi Leonard to a contract extension.  Despite the deadline looming, talks have stalled as Leonard is seeking a 5 year max deal valued at $90 million.  If no deal is reached by Friday's deadline, Leonard will become a restricted free agent.
