While speaking to the media recently New York Knicks F Carmelo Anthony indicated that he's not sure if he'll participate in the 2016 Olympics. Anthony, once the poster boy for Team USA, has participated in the 2004, 2008, and 2012 games.
“I haven’t made a decision. I would love to play. But I haven’t made a decision of what I would want to do,” Anthony said. “If I do play, that will be my final one. That will be four Olympics for me. I want to play. I haven’t talked to nobody about it yet. I heard KD [Kevin Durant] said he wanted to play. I know LeBron [James] said that’s too far ahead, which it is. … I would love the chance to get back out there.”
