Chalmers Benched?

With Norris Cole starting the final seven preseason games for the Miami Heat, it appears that for the first time since the 2010-11 season Mario Chalmers will not be the starting point guard opening night for the franchise.  Recently Chalmers spoke of the important of minutes played versus actually starting.  

"Of course you want to start, but you want to finish the game," Chalmers said. "It's more about the minutes. At the same time, it's a mental thing."

"Of course you always want to finish the game. That's crunch time," he said. "That's the time where you can make your name, you can shine."
