Monroe talks suspension

Tuesday Detroit Pistons C Greg Monroe was suspended for two game by the NBA for pleading guilty to driving while impaired. Before driving his friend's vehicle Monroe had a couple of glasses of wine and after being pulled over for a faulty headlights, Monroe was cited.
“I wish I didn’t have that last glass of wine,” Monroe said. “I was trying to be responsible. I deeply regret what happened.”
“I take full responsibility for my actions and made a regrettable mistake.....I apologize to my family, the Pistons’ organization, my teammates and fans. I will learn from this and continue my work to be a positive influence in the community.”
