Greg Monroe Update

Reports indicate that restricted free agent Greg Monroe is willing to take a one year qualifying offer valued at $5.3 million from the Detroit Pistons.  The move would allow Monroe to become an unrestricted free agent during the summer of 2015.  Last season for the franchise Monroe averaged 15.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.

Monroe has indeed informed the Pistons that he will accept their one year qualifying offer.
