Mavs to add Parsons?

The Dallas Mavericks and Chandler Parsons have reached an agreement on a 3 year deal valued at $46 million.  Once the offer is officially signed Thursday, the Houston Rockets will have 3 days to match the offer to retain Parsons.  With that being said the Rockets and Parsons negotiated throughout the day but were unable to reach an agreement.
