Heat to use Chalmers as bait?

Reports indicate that the Miami Heat are now looking to acquire talent via a sign and trade that would involve Mario Chalmers.  Chalmers has spent his entire career as a member of the Miami Heat but the writing was on the wall this past season that his tenure with the team could be coming to an end.  During the season Chalmers averaged 9.8 points and 4.2 assists per game.
