Hairston involved in altercation....Updated

Charlotte Hornets rookie PJ Hairston was involved in a minor altercation Sunday with Northern Durham High's senior F Kentrell Barkley during a pickup game at the Durham YMCA.  Juan Morrow, Hairston's agent, indicated that Barkley threw the first punch.  The Hornets are aware that an altercation took place.

Update:  Statement from the Hornets:

“The organization is aware of an incident this afternoon involving P.J. Hairston. We are in the process of gathering additional information and will have no further comment at this time.”
