Kings extend offer to Thomas

The Sacramento Kings have extended a qualifying offer to guard Isaiah Thomas.  The move makes him a restricted free agent giving the franchise the ability to match any offer that he receives.  For last season, the 25-year-old point guard averaged career-bests in points (20.3), assists (6.3), steals (1.3) and field-goal percentage (45.3 percent).
