Celtics inquire about #1 pick

The Boston Celtics have contacted the Cleveland Cavaliers about acquiring the number 1 pick in Thursday's NBA Draft.  The Celtics are looking to make a "splash" by targeting either Jabari Parker or Andrew Wiggins.
