It was previously thought that the Cleveland Cavaliers were not going to offer Kyrie Irving a max contract extension this off-season but the franchise has seemed to change course. The Cavaliers can offer a five year deal valued at $80 beginning on July 1st. Irving averaged 20.8 points on 43 percent shooting, 6.1 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 35.2 minutes over 71 games this season.
