The Birdman grounded

Miami Heat C Chris Anderson will miss game 4 of the Eastern Conference playoffs against the Indiana Pacers due to a thigh contusion.  Anderson's absence will cause the Heat to shake up their lineup which will see Udonis Haslem come off of the bench and Rashard Lewis start in his place.
