Henderson undergoes surgery

Charlotte Hornets G/F Gerald Henderson underwent surgery on his right wrist Friday morning. The procedure removed scar tissue, and his wrist will be immobilized for two weeks before he begins rehab.  Henderson averaged 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game during the regular season.
