Could Paul George be suspended for game 7?....Updated

During brief altercation between Mike Scott and George Hill during game 6 of the Atlanta Hawks and Indiana Pacers first round playoff series, Paul George was seen getting off of the bench and stepping onto the basketball court.  In years past such an action would warrant a 1 game suspension.

Update:  Paul George will not be suspended for leaving the bench during the altercation.
