Anderson undergo surgery

Ryan Anderson of the New Orleans Pelicans underwent successful surgery Tuesday morning on his cervical spine.  Anderson is expected to resume basketball activities in 4-6 months and for the season Anderson averaged 19.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 0.8 assists in 36.1 minutes per game.
