Former teammate thinks Melo is leaving Knicks

According to Frank Isola, a former longtime teammate feels that New York Knicks F Carmelo Anthony will leave the franchise once the NBA season ends when Anthony can opt out of his current deal.  The Knicks are currently 9-21 and would have to finish the season strong to end up with a winning record.  

“I think he’s leaving. I’ve played with Melo for a long time and he knows he can’t win here. At this stage, all he wants to do is win. That’s why he’ll leave.”
