Bulls rising in Melo Sweepstakes?

The Chicago Bulls are said to be gaining traction as a potential destination for possible free agent to be Carmelo Anthony.  The recent trade of Luol Deng cleared some cap space but if the Bulls were to use the amnesty clause to waive F Carlos Boozer during the off-season, they will have enough cap space to sign one max player.
