Brooks to coach Western Conference All-Stars

With the Portland Trail Blazers losing to the Memphis Grizzlies last evening, the Oklahoma City Thunder will earn the Western Conference's best record through Sunday's deadline which will allow Thunder head coach Scott Brooks to coach the NBA's Western Conference All-Stars for the second time in 3 seasons.
