Waiters wants out of Cleveland?

Reports indicate that G Dion Waiters would like to be traded from the Cleveland Cavaliers. It's no secret that the Cavs have shopped Waiters and two teams that are considered the front runners for his services are the Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers. According to a "source" Waiters would prefer the Sixers due to his believing that he'd be the best player on that team.
