Van Gundy to return?

It's known that the New York Knicks would prefer John Calipari to be their next head coach but another name that has risen is non other than former Knicks coach Jeff Van Gundy. Van Gundy coached the Knicks from 1996-2001 and the Houston Rockets from 2003-2007.
I was actually thinking Stan would b better for this team. Jeff to good on t.v

DeleteYeah I'd rather hear Jeff during the games than see him on the sideline. Coaching is not the problem with the Knicks so talking about replacements is only distracting the team even more. The Knicks need TEAM players.
Deletei also love to hear famous thats not a foul or he just flop but woodson loves garbage players like current Felton n JR they both sux .

ReplyDeleteIm a knicks fan and i definitly think coaching is part of our problem. Come on did you see how the knicks move without the ball they cut just to cut because its part of the system but the cuts arent even dangerous. So thhey do some.passing on the perimiter and one guy ends up with the ball in the hand doing some one on one it barely happens that they do the extra pass o what it takes to get up a great shot. The only thing they try is some.kind of pick and roll that doesnt workout well because bargani is too dumb to set a good screen and cut agressive to the rim. So the system is a problem. Last year they didnt play like that they made the extra pass and played way smarter but since bargnani came mike woodson obviously changed the whole concept thats just dumb. But i think neither woodson knows that thats the problem. Change the fuckin concept there are capable player in the team!!!!!
That's how they played last season. They just had 3pt shooters. Melo and JR isos and kick outs to the corners. No Chandler...no defense...no wins.
