Celtics interested in Marshall

The Boston Celtics are interested in G Kendall Marshall who was recently waived by the Washington Wizards.  The obstacle that's preventing a deal from being completed is the fact that the Celtics would be considered as a repeat tax offender due to Marshall's salary pushing the team over the tax threshold.
