Hedo Turkoglu to be bought out?

Orlando Magic F Hedo Turkoglu is slated to earn $12 million this upcoming NBA season.  The Orlando Magic can negotiate a buyout with Turkoglu for $6 million as he figures not to be a part of their long term plans.  In the event that Turkoglu is bought out, reports are indicating that he and a franchise in Turkey are in talks on a contract that would be valued at $3.5 million.
