Blazers to waive Harris?

Weeks ago Portland Trail Blazers G Terrel Harris violated the NBA's Anti-Drug policy and was suspended for 5 games (to be served at the beginning of the 2013-14 NBA season).  It now appears that the Blazers are preparing to waive Harris before the start of training camp.
