Rockets looking to deal Asik?

If the Houston Rockets are successful in their attempts to lure Dwight Howard away from the Los Angeles Lakers, current Rockets C Omer Asik would become expendable. Reports indicate that the Rockets have targeted the 76ers as a possible trading partner for Asik should they land Howard.

It's obvious that Howard needs a stretch 4 so Asik's gone if they get him. Plus the poison pill on the last year of his contract would be self medicated.

ReplyDeletei think they should keep osik if they can. the way d12 takes stupid fouls and loses his cool after hard fouls, he always at risk to b n foul trouble or ejected. they r gonna need a good backup like orlando had gortat
