How can you "require" a team to spend money???
ReplyDeleteI believe they have to pay a certian amount and if they don't they must evenly distribute enough money to their players on contract to meet said threshold.
DeleteN then charge them extra when they do.
ReplyDeleteThat's why you have overpaid players on bad teams like Bargnani or Luke Walton.
ReplyDeleteSpeex the truth
meanwhile Stern is laughing his ass off on the money he would be taking upon retirement
