The NBA has fined Sixers' C Spencer Hawes, Grizzlies G's Quincy and Tony Wroten and Kings' G Isaiah Thomas $15,000 each for their participation in a University of Washington Alumni game in June. League rules stats that players cannot participate in exhibitions of any kind prior to July 1st and after September 15th without the approval of the league.
So if it was in June....what's the problem?
