Nate Robinson to leave Bulls?

Reports indicate that Chicago Bulls G Nate Robinson will seek a multi year contract elsewhere and if he can't find that, Robinson will seek a 1 year deal with a team that can offer the guard extended minutes.

I'd like to see him back with the Celtics. He brings an ummatched energy every time he steps on the court.

ReplyDeleteCeltics or the Lakers would be very bad for him. Both are rebuilding & let's face it Nate is no super star that can hold down a team. He needs a supporting cast & LA or Boston won't have that next years. The game will miss him but Kobe is done.

DeleteNate doesn't need a supporting cast because he's not an elite all star player. If anything he should be part of the supporting cast to an elite player..the supporting cast is basically the team built around the superstar not the other way around. So yeah what he wants is to join a good team where he believes he can contribute as part of a supporting cast.
ReplyDeleteExactly why he needs to be back in Beantown. Its a very young roster, he can mentor and will be point while rondo gets 100%. He will get a lot of min throughout the season cause it will take Rondo some time to get back into rythm. It was always exciting with them both on the floor at the same time.

ReplyDeleteSmith thinks he's a superstar but shrinks when things don't go his way. He could dominate in the paint but chooses to shoot 3s. Horford is a great 3rd option on a contender. He doesn't get too much credit bc he's a team first guy without flash.
