The Los Angeles Lakers have turned away the Los Angeles Clippers who were inquiring about a sign and trade deal for Dwight Howard. The Lakers let it be known that they will not participate with any franchise on a potential sign and trade deal involving Howard and if he wants to leave he'd have to do it via free agency.
Y not sign and trade ? At least they would get something in return for Howard even though BG aint up there with DH12, defensive wise. And I don't think Kobe and BG would mix too well since we've all heard of the Clippers in-fighting and how BG gets when he doesn't get his way.
ReplyDeleteThis would be perfect for lakers that means they could trade nash and gasol for a big and a small foward something like paul gasol for gerald wallace and kris humpries.
DeleteSteve nash for larry sanders and 1st pick.
deandre can get above the rim alot better than perk so hes more of a threat n my opinion.
Deletedont trade pau
Deletelike i said b4 let him walk and spend your money wisely n free agency.
ReplyDeletei know a bunch of yall gonna say im stupid but if the lakers had to make a trade with the clipps i would take deandre jordan over griffin. i just feel like his upside is better than blake's as a shot blockin, rim defender center. although blake has improved offensively i still
dont c him as a guy who gonna avg over 20 ppg n the playoffs and his defense been suspect as hell. jordan can finish around the rim too, i think if he gets with the right coach (doc rivers) he will b a beast and his production on defense wil out weigh anything blake can do besides ticket sells
Deandre sucks on offense. Him and perkins r on sa same level offensively.
Deletemy bad...meant to post that here
DeleteDeandre is better then perkins because he can dunk and is quicker but perkins a old school player
ReplyDeleteTrade his ass
ReplyDeleteI actually think its a good trade Eric Bladsoe could be a good pg. Blake is 20/10 and they cheaper then Dwight so its a win win. if you don't want Blake you got all yr to trade him.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Your adding young talent to an AGING team. I think BG and Bledsoe are a great founfation to build from and trade Gasol for a young defensive center or ask for DJ in the mix, and LA throw in a future 2nd round pick. Why force a baby like DH to stay there when you have an oppurtunity to build...
Deletemaby if the clips give up the 25th pick as well
ReplyDeleteNaw keep that pick its a week draft throw in Crawford the Lakers need a shooter
DeleteWeak*
Deletecrawford is old. i think hardaway jr could be good
Deleteor next years pick
DeleteI have no problem with this trade. As a Lakers fan, I never approved of the trade to bring Dwight to LA. I always liked Bynum. Aside from the injuries early on in his career, he gee to be a really solid threat on both sides of the ball and a solid FREE THROW shooter. Plus, we had the chemistry there when Bynum was home. Blake Griffin is solid and exciting, and Bledsoe still has a tremendous upside. Bringing in a solid SF and back up shooting guard behind Kobe would be terrific.
ReplyDeleteBy no means am I an LA fan (C's 4 life), but I agree with 100%. DH brings to much drama and he will never grow up. He is the Randy Moss of the NBA. Got all the talent in the world, but has the emotional side of a teenager. Let him go play with CP3. As soon as shit gets tough, he will be crying to go somewhere else. He should have stayed in Orlando where he actually fit..
Deletei gess u could flip griffen 4 a package if they dont like him. this is if dwight says he aint comming back
ReplyDeleteClippers are DUMB if they trade Griffin and Bledsoe for Howard. Time after time, these other NBA teams are willing to OVER PAY for a Laker player. You load them with young talent viable talent and you get damaged goods in return.
ReplyDeleteLakers should trade everbody for pick, buyout kobes contract sign him then sign josh smith, iggy, jr smith, kevin martin, j.j hickson, al Jefferson, paul millsap, david west, brandon Jennings, nate robinson, Jarrett jack, nikola pepovik,
