Kobe Bryant talks injury, Dwight Howard

As miraculos as if may sounds, Los Angeles Lakers G Kobe Bryant expects to be ready for for the season opener after tearing his achilies. Bryant recently shared his thoughts during a radio interview.
“I hope so,” Bryant said. “That’s the challenge. With the tendon, there’s really only but so much you can do. There’s a certain amount of time that they deem necessary for the tendon to heal where you don’t overstretch it and now you never get that spring back.
”So, you just have to be patient, let the tendon heal and then when that moment comes when they say, ’OK, we can take off the regulator so to speak and now it’s on you to train as hard as you can to get back to where you want to be,’ that’s going to be a good day.“
On Dwight Howard
”For me, you kind of let him do his due diligence and then move in and talk to him and figure out if this is a place he wants to be,“ Bryant said. ”We all want him here. But then that’s when the selling begins (after Howard is courted by other teams). You don’t start the selling process right before he goes and does all this stuff. You want to get the last word. You want to have the final word and the closing argument. I’ll give him a little opening statement, but then I have to make sure I have the final word.“
kobe will play atleast 60 games next year and avg atleast 23 ppg. will b the highest scoring avg for anybody to play at that age (35). and if u dont respect that shit? just look at d wade right now....smh he just turned 30
ReplyDeletekobe bryant=G.O.A.T
Lol!! Always got to brang up the heat. Shut yo hoe ass up who cares what he scores we trying to get rings over here. U worry about the personal stats because that's all u can hope for.
DeleteHe just wants to pass mj records even if it cost his legs and he wont win the championship anyways. Not hating but keep it real.top 5 all time
Deletehe got 5 rings....he good
DeleteThat's the only thing u can say about kobe but once LeBron retires with 8 or 9 rings people will laugh at Kobes career
Deletehmm is possible. especially with lb looking like he n cleveland again right now, we all know he will b off prostituting himself to the best team n next years free agency or tryin to convince riley to trade bosh...dont nobody want wade
DeletePreach i agree with some stuff u say some times but Putting kobe =goat completly takes all credibilty away for any statement u just made. what's kobe done that jordan didn't. A 81 point regular season game doesn't make him Better. And at 35 years old jordan averaged 29.6ppg and at 36 he averaged 28 so idk what your talking kobe having the highest average at 35 lol

Delete1 word.... longevity. besides that your stats r wrong. mj retired twice before 35. came back at 37 or 38 and the most he avg was 20. there goes your credibility
DeleteWrong at age 35 jordan won his fifth mvp and finals mvp and averaged 29.6 ppg. Check your stats. At 36 he did pretty close tothe same and THEN retired for the second time after his second threepeat. Kobe will NEVER be as good as Jordan was.
Delete-overseas
Wrong preach he retired once b4 35. The second time he retired he was 37 then he came back at 40 for the wizards. Those were correct look it up
DeleteJordan averaged 22.8 ppg as a 40 year old not 35. At 35 he did average 29.6 like I said look it up. So you can say my stats are wrong all u want to try to regain "credibility" but it doesn't change the facts
Deletejordan retired n 95 and 98. he turned 35 n feb of the 98 season. so wat thats 4 or 5 months of bball he played at the age of 35. if u wanna count that thats your opinion but n the record books k malone holds the record for most points avg by a player over 35. facts is facts your right but ive watched both of there nba careers and i know mj dominated n a time where he had no equal . kobe held his own n both era's and did it longer, no breaks off, played n more games, had to deal with more bs
Deleteborn n '63, i meant he retired n 93 came back n 95, retired again 98 , came back to the wiz n '01, retired for good n '03....do the math
Delete98 was After he turned 36. Either way when he was 35 he averaged 29.6 ppg. Nobody cares about karl malone. Were talking kobe remember? Jordan took two years off and still scored 32000 points. Dont get me wrong kobe is a GREAT player. One of the best offensive players ever. But how many mvps does he have? Jordan is untouchable at this point. Offense and defense. He would score 40 and hold the opposing teams best player to under season average.
Delete-overseas
but the record books say karl malone not michael jordan. lol look it up
DeleteI don't follow karl malone. He was a great player for sure, but he beat Jordan so who cares. Jordan has the highest career ppg of all time. Karl is not even close. But see Jordan scored his 32000 points not coming out of high school, and not playing straight through his career. He would have passed kareem had he not retired twice. No doubt. He played against magic, bird, the bad boys, shaq, the dream, what you mean didn't have any compititon?
Delete-overseas
He never beat Jordan*
Delete-overseas
Preach if you was able to watch the whole jordan and k malone era you really are childish and lame for even bein on this app and arguin the way you do. By the way im 18 so im age appropriate for this app so save yo lame comeback. And you googled all that shit. You and yo homeboy
DeleteLol at that pic
ReplyDeleteDwade a bum
ReplyDeleteDwade in the finals. U & preach are the leaders of the super lame crew. Yall dont be talking about shit. This man about to win his 3rd ring stop the hate.
DeleteKobe's smart but his killer instinct could bite him in the achilles. Hope he doesn't end his career bc of an injury after coming back too early from an injury.
ReplyDeletethats how hes gonna go out regardless. all he ever do is play thru injuries and plays well (unlike wade). of course its gonna come back to bite him n the ass, but thats kobe
DeleteI feel sorry for your kids if you have any forreal. They have to look up to you. Lol but theyll prob suck kobe dick too. Lmao one big dick sucking family
Deletehow long did it take u to come up with that 1 terry franklin? smh shit is weak, atleast mhp actually knows how to talk shit
DeleteSo much for kobe "not needing too" recruit other stars like he has said since 2011
ReplyDeleteRECRUIT OTHERS. SHIT LOOK AT MIAMI. RECRUIT NATION. MIA BUNCH OF BITCHES
ReplyDeleteThe caps didnt throw us off. We know its you preach
DeleteKobe beggin dwight to stay
Deleteactually he really didn't battle against magic and bird because.... Jordan came up when magic and bird was at the tail end of their careers and so as the bad boy pistons.... His legitimate competition will be Reggie Miller Charles Barkley Karl Malone/ John scotton Patrick Ewing etc
ReplyDeletename legitimate scores that Jordan kept them under their average point?
different era diferent athletes different style of play you take Jordan I take Kobe
both teams win championships
Kobe also fits todays style of play better, hes a finess player for the most part. Jordan fit his era better, more physical play. Jordan could handle it all and dish it out. Both had some of the greatest killer instinct sports has ever seen.
