Brook Lopez underwent surgery

Brooklyn Nets C Brook Lopez underwent surgery to have a screw that was placed in his right foot during a previous surgery repaired. The Nets and Lopez discovered that the screw was bent during a physical that Lopez underwent for the playoffs. Lopez is expected to be able to resume basketball activities in August.
