Bayless to remain with Grizzlies

Memphis Grizzlies backup G Jerryd Bayless was expected to opt out of his contract and seek a larger deal but Bayless has informed the Grizzlies that he will exercise his player option and return to the franchise while earning $3.1 million next season.
