ReplyDeleteI agree with Preach to an extent. So many players right now play looking for that call. I like how the first game was called, let em play. I don't think the Bulls bench is to be taken lightly. They scouted well and the bench played well even when Rose was playing so don't act surprised. I always said this series would go 5 or 6 games. I love the Bulls but I think the Heat will win.

ReplyDeleteI almost feel sorry for the Bulls. Only to an extent though. They are a tough team. I don't discredit them for that. I'm not taking anything away from them but this team has been through it. Injuries, sickness, you name it. Need I mention having to worry about if/when your team leader and best player is going to come back and why he isn't, thinking to yourself each day that this could be the day. Having one of your youngest players play all 48 minutes. This is all physically and mentally taxing. Even though the Bulls are a tough team, they have to play tougher because no one is going to show them pity. The way they play Miami, the aggressive "nothing easy" fouls is because they have nothing else to turn to. This style of play is all they have left and when that doesn't work, much like it didn't tonight, they lose by double digit margins. But the one thing I won't agree with is don't play hard big boy ball and when you get the same, you act mistreated as if someone has done you wrong
