A source has told various media outlets that G Chris Paul is upset at that Los Angeles Clippers due to reports indicating that he was the reason that the Clippers decided to part ways with head coach Vinny Del Negro. Many outlets had reported that Del Negro, who was fired on May 21st was let go in an attempt to convince Paul to re-sign with the franchise via free agency. Paul is so upset that he may decide to sign elsewhere once he becomes a free agent on July 1st.
"He's angry right now and his anger is directed toward the Clippers organization," the source said. "Chris is a man of principle and if he feels like you've gone against his principles, it will affect how he feels about you. He's very agitated that his name has been put out there as the reason for Vinny's firing. He had nothing to do with it."

Come to rockets with dwight and then trade Jeremy lin or go to dallas with dwight and join dirk
ReplyDeleterockets is the best free agent destination out there, no doubt about that. but if cp3 going to go to dallas he might as well stay n la with the LAKERS. i think the lakers should amnesty kobe or pau and to try to resign him for less along with cp3. i dont care wat d12 do we already got a talented 7 footer. id rather see the lakers go cheaper with the bigs. somebody like jj hickson or reggie evans. pg should b lakers number 1 concern this offseason
ReplyDeleteI think cp3 would b a huge pick up n could arguably b called a franchise player but u think he would actually come across the hall to da lakers ? I dont really care if we get howard or not but my question is what u think our lakers will do if he goes elsewhere ? Getting bynum back wouldnt b too much of a downgrade.- mr shady
DeletePreach,I'm pretty sure that if a team amnesty's a player they can not re-sign that player for 12 months..so if that's Kobe he's most likely played his last game as a laker
Deletereally? i didnt know. but if we can get bynum for the low and add somebody like josh smith or another athletic forward then why not?
DeleteYeah I rhink ur right with that wit cp3 cause remember one of their big issues was shooters or lack thereof and gettin cp3 would get u 20 /10 and spread the floor , if u had nash comin off bench and him that def be crazy, but yeah ud need amnesty someone and have em take a cut or try and get milsap in there for cheaper he can play the 4 damn good...
ReplyDeleteHe needs to leave da clips. Rockets would be perfect. Young nucleus that can grow together.
