Noah may be out for a while?

Chicago Bulls F/C Joakim Noah suffered a setback during his lastest return from his plantar fasciitis. Noah had missed the 8 games prior to Sunday's game versus the Pistons where he scored 13 points and pulled in 7 rebounds but with 6 games remaining in the regular season, there's no timetable for his return.
