NBA Commissioner David Stern has chosen Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez to replace the injured Rajon Rondo (ACL) in the 2013 NBA All-Star. Before being defeated by the NBA Champion Miami Heat, Lopez spoke to the media about the honor.
“It’s a huge honor,” he said . “First and foremost I couldn’t have done it without my teammates. They make my job 100 times easier, playing with Deron (Williams), Joe (Johnson), Gerald (Wallace). They gift-wrap me buckets and take a lot of attention away from me on the court. It’s is something I have been working towards and it’s been a goal of mine and it will definitely be an exciting weekend.”
this is so bullshit... j.r smith won the votes of replacing rondo. by thousands. and look who they pik -_- thats fucked up.. . whats the point of making us. vote if they dont count -_-
ReplyDeleteLopez fuckin sucks ....fuck brook and fuck stern hes a bitch...jr smith should have been picked over this tool....shit i would have had no one nbe picked over this dude....he doesnt deserve shit
ReplyDeleteJr smith sucks too man. 40 percent shooter who shoots way to much. Dont get caught up in the hype. He wont show up on the playoffs as always
DeleteBrooklyn was pretty much boycotted from the coaches voting, for getting there coach fired. Coaches back eachother up, and didnt put a net in for that reason. Brooklyn is 4th in the conference, they deserve representation.
ReplyDeleteFan's votes only to select starers. Reserves are chosen by coaches....
ReplyDeleteIt doesnt count. He didnt really make it.-lebron
