After the Lakers loss to the Clippers Friday evening, Kobe Bryant took to twitter and tweeted the following statement.

"Thoughts of self doubt...Am I done? Is this how my career will end?? I REFUSE to give in to these thoughts. #strongwill #countonchallenges"

Bryant has stated recently that he may retire after the next two seasons are completed and that coincides with the end of his current contract.  He can in fresh faced out of high school and now 17 seasons laters he is one of the elder statesmen of the league; a league ironically that he is leading in scoring this current season.  After practice yesterday, Bryant elaborated on his tweet the night before and how it may affect his teammates.

"Everybody has it. I'm human just like everybody else," he said. "I think the way I react to it is probably a little different than anybody else. I don't feed into it. I'm able to face it. I'm able to deal with it. I'm able to roll through it....I think it's good for them, especially for them to know I have those moments as well....I'm sure they've had them. I don't know how they respond to them. In certain instances, maybe they let the self-doubt get the best of them. I refuse to let that happen."
