Hornets Announcement tomorrow?

Reports indicate that the New Orleans Hornets are set to announce their name change to the Pelicans as soon as tomorrow. The Pelicans name and logo will take affect next season.

ReplyDeleteBasketball = a game dominated by tall athletes that jump high into the air. Penguin = a small flightless bird! Not sure how the two go together. I guess they want a mascot that reflects their winning record.
