As of yet the NBA has not issued any sort of punishment for a photo taken at a Halloween party depicting Spurs players Tim Duncan and Tony Parker holding guns to the head of "NBA Official" Joey Crawford. Tim Duncan addressed the controversial picture yesterday for the first time with the media.
‘It was a Halloween party in a private atmosphere. We were having fun. There was nothing to it. But this day and age, people want to blow things into something more than it is. Hopefully it’s gone and whatever is whatever.....You deal with it when it comes and try to take as little pictures as possible with people for that exact reason,’ Duncan said.”

That picture was funny as hell not going to lie, and Duncan is right, can't the man have some privacy? It's his own private party, let it be, and worry about the game.
