The battle between NBA Commissioner David Stern and Spurs head coach Gregg Popvich came to a thunderous end yesterday evening as Stern fined the Spurs organization a staggering $250,000 due to Popovich's decision to rest 4 of his stars. many of you have already voiced your opinions on whether or not the Spurs deserve a fine but now knowing what the fine is, do you think the fine is excessive or could it have been a lot worse for the Spurs organization?
I think the money should go back to the customers who purchased the tickets otherwise it's excessive

DeleteWho's to blame ? They have 4 games in 5 nights.and the spurs have older roster .,i think that pop is just taking better care of his players.but maybe he should 've sit them on the game instead of sending them home cause the fans are paying their hard earned money just to watch the game.and well i agree with Clinton, the should have their money back

WtF?????? Really a team is made of 12 or 15 guys? Do the fans pay for watching a ball game or some "animals" or should I say Gladiators? I'm an absolute fan and a Bballer myself.... A coach should hsve the entire control of his games ncluding who should play or not..... This is ridiculos.... What's next? Stars should be at every gsme and play at least 3 min? 5 min? Sick or not sick. Stupid fine.....
