Beasley to the bench?

Michael Beasley was the biggest acquisition this past off season for the Phoenix Suns as they offered the troubled forward a chance at redemption. Thus far this season Beasley's performance has been terribly inconsistent and has prompted Suns head coach Alvin Gentry to potentially make a change and bench Beasley as soon as Saturday's game vs the Los Angeles Clippers.
I told yall about this guy. All I heard was Beasley was going to be the most improved player & how good he was. I love to say I told u so. I TOLD U SO.
ReplyDeleteI think because hes a undersized pf he might b better off the bench anyway but we will c how it goes. The suns have alot of pieces that dont fit anyway, they need to make a trade
DeleteHe is better of playing the 3 spot. He is bigger then lots of them, has a good mid range game n is a good slasher... Gentry gotta run a couple of rover plays n that will open up his game.. especially with dragic' at the point. And stop shooting outside the arch.
ReplyDeleteYea but he cant defend 3's. If u bring him off the bench then can cheat the matchup a little bit cause he will b playin against less talented players.
DeleteBeasley to much of a stoner mentality to bang with all the pfs, and ruined his conditioning through out the years to keep up with the sf. It serves pheonix right to try and skip the rebuilding process right after nash leaves by signing a bunch of mid level talent. Seem like pheonix will be middle of the pack forever.
ReplyDeleteThey have been in the middle of the pack even with nash there... he needed help and never got that. I havent watched them that moch this season but I they should let kendall marshall play more, he is a pure point guard like nash just has to develop
DeleteHe is not a pf if teams keep playing him out of position he will continue to struggle. He is a big sf kinda like durant there isn't alot of sf that can guard him you have to take advantage and he needs to get in shape he looks weak he 6'10 with baby arms
ReplyDeleteHe listed at 6,'10 but when u see him on the court standing beside guys u know is 6'10, 7 feet for sure u realize that he looks more like 6'8. Cant bang wit most big guys cant stay n front of most perimeter players, hes just a tweener but he can score and rebound. Guys like him r always better served comin off the bench like jason terry a sg n a pg body. He just need to except a 6th man role the rest of his career no matter wat team hes on and once his shot starts to drop he will b fine.
