Scalabrine says no

Recently retired Brian Scalabrine has turned down an offer from the Chicago Bulls to become an assistant coach. Scalabrine has elected to join Comcast Sports Net New England as a color analyst and will cover 11 Boston Celtics games this upcoming season.
"It was a great opportunity and turning it down was really hard," Scalabrine said. "I think I would've done well in the role Thibs and I talked about. Telling Thibs no for now was really tough but broadcasting is a better choice for my family and it allows me to stay in the game and analyze the game while still allowing time away from it. Broadcasting opportunities like this don't come around often. It's going to be a fun trial run for both sides."
I don't see why nobody signs him. If he's on your team your basically an automatic contender. Send him to the Bobcats and they win the championship within the next 3 years.
ReplyDeleteHaha youmust be dumber then u sound.. Automatic contender? Bobcats champs in 3yrs? Lmao apparently u never seen a bball game before
DeleteAnd u dont understand sarcasm
DeleteLol has this guy ever even played? I don't see how so many ppl thinks he a big shot. Hes a bum. Worst player ever
ReplyDeleteHe's garbage in my opinion, but he played for a while with Boston and Chicago. I always thought if him as more of a mascot than player. He played less than a minute a game, and looks like a leprechan.
ReplyDeleteBrian Scalabrine is a basketball god. Hands down the most consistent and efficient player in the league, maybe of all time. He averaged 27 high fives, 12 fist bumps, and 10 handshakes for his whole career. The only player ever to average a triple double coming off the bench for their whole career. He is truly born to play and dominate this game.
