Maynor cleared

Oklahoma City Thunder backup point guard Eric Maynor has been cleared to practice with the team.  Maynor is entering the final year of his rookie deal torn his ACL last January and missed the majority of last NBA season.  Maynor will be a welcomed returning addition to the Thunder as at times two seasons ago he was utilized in the same lineup with Russell Westbrook and that allowed Westbrook to play his natural postion of 2 guard.
