Late last evening NBA forward/center Andray Blatche agreed in principle to sign the 1 year veterans minimum with the Brooklyn Nets. Sources indicate that Blatche would prefer to play for the Miami Heat and wants to see if the Heat will offer him a contract before making his signing official with the Nets in the near future.
Really? With his rep this dude should just b happy to have a job n the nba. He was just n d.c. last year complaining about being a pick and pop guy and saying he wanted to play on the block more. Well wat the fuck he think he gonna b doing n miami? It damn sure aint gonna b posting up! I c he still hasnt grown up....good look with this clown where eva he ends up.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe this Preach but I agree wit u. Damn!!
DeleteYea I meant to say good luck with blatche where eva he goes.
DeleteThe only reason he wants to play for the heat is because he probably thinks he'll just sit on the bench all year like Eddy curry and juwaun Howard did just to win a championship ring. Lazy bum wants to take the easy way out
ReplyDeletethe nets power ranking would drop if they got this dude, same for the heat
ReplyDeleteThe heat can have this looser, we dont want this guy in NY, the nets should use that money for some one better....

Dont get me wrong dude can play and he does have k.g. or bosh like abilities but I think hes immature and he will quit on his team if he dont get his way. and I think him waiting on the heat instead of just getting on a squad and getting ready to improve his rep still shows he aint changed. especially after he was just complaining about being a jump shooting big man for the wiz.
ReplyDeleteLook the Heat got room for one more person on there roster & it's not going to b him. So look out NY u got u a new forward.
DeleteWould much rather not have him n miami n if i was the nets i wouldnt sign him after he decided to hold out dudes a bum n only players who are worth somethin r worthy of holdin out for somethin better.

You guys act as if he can't play...yes he have problems getting coached but at the end of the day he can play I'd rather him over kris Humphrey any day if he comes to play every night if not fuck him
ReplyDeleteJLEW
Nah dude, ill take humpries any day, humpries is a hustler on the court, can rebound and can bang, hes strong and dedicated, humpries can put 12 or 14 pts a night if he has too...
ReplyDeleteJay-
So your saying blatche can't?? Humpries can't bang ish get banged on he had one good season man has no defense.. yea he's a good big coming off a bench but a starter by default
DeleteJLEW
hump avg double double right? So hes a better rebounder and banger then both lopez and blatche (7 footers) at this point. They need hump, thats why they resigned him. Blatche can come n and back up both the 4 and the 5 if blatche is cool with it??? But he aint taking no minutes from hump.
DeleteThey resigned him cuz Howard went to LA lol.
DeleteHe avg a double double because lopez gets hurt after the 4th game every yr and the back up bigs are bums so I disagree I'd rather blatche over him and I bet avery johnson would to
DeleteJLEW
Dude lopez only avg 7 rebounds a game when he does play. both him and blachte have never been great rebounders or defenders. They need sumbody beside them to do the dirty work and thats hump.
DeleteI agree With Preach. Plus You cant teach someone how to hustle. Kris is a solid 4.
DeleteDray can ball, just needs to lose weight and commit to playing some D.
ReplyDeleteAvery will help get the best out of him.
Actually Howard went to LA after they resigned him. true story look it up.
ReplyDeleteHumphries is a better fit for this team. He doesn't demand the ball and he still puts up numbers. I don't think the nets should sign blatche personally. They want to make noise in the east quickly. So they need to build chemistry quickly. Its very surprising how important chemistry is and Blatche has been a chemistry nightmare the last couple years. This is a risky sign for the nets.
ReplyDeleteJohn
Thank u. I know blatche can ball but chemistry and players strengths and weaknesses need to b taken into account when u puttin team together. U cant have 2 players starting on ya front line who r not strong rebounders and defenders. Hump brings sumthin to that team nobody else does even with the addition of blatche. sure avery will get the best outa them but he aint gonna have to motivate hump.
