Where this is a real good pick up for the sun's in my opinion, I can't help but think what the rockets are thinking. Obviously they want to make a run at Howard, but come on, what are their actual chances? And even if they did, who do they have there to help him? Scola has been consistent and pretty much been their franchise player but I guess no one is anymore. And phoenixs situation isn't going to change either. It's a shame.
Agree...scola was a work horse for Houston...but we been trying to rebuild since tmac left.. We havent been goin anywere since 2008..I guess they figure make a shot at Howard..if he doesn't resign..no biggie..they are in the process of rebuilding anyway..it clears cap space..in the long run..I jus Hope we are not like a 10 and 60 plus team :/
Solid pick up for my suns, not a game changer but a legit every play kinda guy, him and dudley will make a solid defense but we don't have anything for #1 scoring option yet
Solid pickup for Phoenix. Scola is a consistent scorer. Dragic is an underrated playmaker and Michael Beasley has unreal athleticism. Hopefully Gortat can improve from a solid showing last year. All we really need is for Eric Gordon to land and if not, we can easily end up with OJ Mayo. That looks like a very potent starting line up that can still fly under the radar because everyone is either underrated or has yet to break out into a superstar.
Scola is a 30 something year old who been in the league for 5 or 6 years Houston did the rite thing getting rid of him y would they build their team around him?
I like what houston did lets not forget they have patrick paterson on their team and I feel he is a good all-round player bust his best attribute will be his offense! Because im a Hilltopper just give Courtney Lee the rock, if they bring him back!
