Houston to amnesty Scola?

With Brooklyn apparently pulling out of the Dwight Howard sweepstakes, the Houston Rockets may use the amnesty clause to cut ties with forward Luis Scola to create more cap space that would allow them to acquire Howard and/or bad contracts from the Orlando Magic. Scola is 32 years of age and is owed a total of $21 million over the next 3 years.

ReplyDeleteRockets are throwing in the towel. They plan on tanking next season. Trading away their players for future draft picks and letting free agents go only means one thing....1 st pick in the draft is what they are shooting for now
