Being a lakers diehard that I am, I think this is a good fit. The lakers need to focus on other things than Dwight Howard and just stay with Bynum. He got a lil jumper something Howard don't have.

DeleteI agree. They dont need Howard, although the thought was in my mind earlier of Howard joining, but Bynum has more options to go to. Howard got his hook and throw thru the hoop dunks. Lets stay with wut we got in strengthen the rest of the team so Kobe can get that 6th ring b4 he retires.

ReplyDeleteAll this says is our bench was weak, this move helps a ton if they didn't overpay and honestly I know people are gonna say I'm dumb or whatever but they gotta move one of the two big men to stay competitive past kobe-era.
ReplyDeleteYou rite. We need to get rid of Gasol on my opinion. Bynum is younger and stronger. And our bench was weak. Getting rid of him will help bring in some other role players.

Jamison will b great as stretch 4 who can knock down 3 he can kinda fill that odom role that they didnt have a replacement for last year. lakers still need 2 more perimeter players. Grant hill would b a upgrade also. As for bynum & gasol i think with jamison 2 back them up it mite work because they both know that theres a guy on the bench again that can replace them if they dont play well. They still will have 2 trade deadline 2 c how it works so why not? But if u trade 1 i say bynum because he has more value rite now. 2 b honest i dont think he can b the man after kobe. Hes 2 lazy wit a bad knee and people keep waitin on him 2 mature? He probably is wat he is becsause he dont give a shit. He already got 2 rings he probably already comfortable n his mind. mitch should offer him for kevin love rite now!
ReplyDeleteRite. As a lakers fan I'm not over reacting I like the move we made, and I'm all for the kevin love move, that would be nice. I think like you said, bynum is to comfortable with the rings he has, he doesn't stay hungry enuff for me like other champions are.

DeleteI think its good the lakers are making moves. Lakers used to be my favorite team. Hope it comes down to lakers and heat in the finals. Old vs young. Of course miami will beat them but that would be great series. Kobe is only going to be around for two more years. After that lakers will suck for a few years. But like someone said lebron averages higher than kobe in just about every category. How can anyone say he won't be better than kobe?
